Marriage is the most life-defining thing you’ll ever do! It’s amazing that it often doesn’t involve any training whatsoever! This jampacked 4 week course by Elif helps you both as a couple to identify the key factors for a happy, sustainable and successful marriage!
This hugely popular course (held annually in London) will take place online and cover key questions including:
- ‘We fight a lot, is this a problem?’
- ‘How can I end a conflict quickly?’
- ‘Why do these fights between us happen in the first place?’
- ‘Who should I listen to? My mother or my spouse?’
The course will be interactive and couples will be split into breakout rooms to encourage networking and good fun too!

About the speakers – Abbas & Shaheen Merali
Abbas & Shaheen have co-authored two of the most well known books on relationships in the Muslim world; ‘Marriage to Parenthood’ & ‘Selecting a Spouse – The Heavenly Path’. They have been involved in delivering marriage workshops for over 10 years across United Kingdom, Canada, USA Kenya, Tanzania and India. Abbas is a qualified accountant by profession and currently runs pharmaceutical business. Shaheen has a degree in Psychology and more recently, a diploma in Montessori teaching. She is a certified parenting instructor for the parenting organisation ‘Hand in Hand’ and regularly runs workshops for organisation both online and offline.
